Online Bill Payment
If paying your bill online, just click the "Pay Your Bill Now" button to the right. Have your service account number handy and follow the prompts. Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards or electronic check payments are accepted through online bill pay. If you pay with an E-Check, you will notice a ONE-TIME authorization process through Plaid. There are no fees for this service.
You can "quick pay" or you can register and login. The "quick pay" is not an option for electronic check payments due to the Plaid verficiation process. Registering allows you to update your contact information, communication preference, set up automatic draft payments and keeps track of your payment history!
Phone Payments
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards or electronic check payments through our Automated Phone Payment System. Payments can be processed anytime by calling the office at 816-732-6658 or the direct payment line at 855-248-6721 and following the voice prompts. You will need your service account number to process the payment. There are no fees for this service through the automated system.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders or most credit cards. There is also a payment deposit box located on the front of the office building.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card on the 15th of each month and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply call the office or sign up through the website payment portal.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
